Abstract
The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a steering for a Formula Student vehicle. In the introduction, I described the Formula Student competition, which is followed by a theoretical introduction to the issues and construction of the steering mechanism. The next part deals with the selection of suitable bearings, gears and steering gear for the steering mechanism. The main part of the thesis deals with the design of the steering house and subsequent topological optimization
