Projekt nové vývojové zkušebny pro průmyslové prádelenské stroje

Abstract

The bachelor thesis describes present situation of testing laboratory of Primus CE, s.r.o in terms of situational placement of testing machines, capacitive options and washing machines, ironers and dryers performed testing range. I have evaluated existing process organization of testing machines preparation and set up mantinels of possible adjustment. The core of this thesis is new test laboratory layout suggestion, which apart from technical solution will contain new approach to work organization, solved by „5S“ methodology. The realization will proceed in limited steps, which some of them afer decision which managemant were already started. The general evaluation is described in conclusion.
