Abstract

The thesis deals with the consumer behaviour analysis of second hand customers. The initial part of thesis deals with the theoretical bases of consumer behavior. Characteristics of second-hand Levňáček and the second hand market is described in the third chapter of this thesis. The fundamental marketing research was to analyze data and information gained from the personal questioning of regular customers second hand Levňáček. The research is complemented by inquiry investigation which is aimed at consumers who does not shop in second- hand. On the basis of evaluated results are suggested appropriate recommendations, which could be helpful on futher development to second-hand Levňáček.
