Měření odchylky kruhovitosti součástí o průměru 20 mm

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with measurement of circularity deviation on components with diameter 20 mm. The theoretical part explains the geometrical deviations, circularity standards, methods of measurement and evaluation, description and distribution of measuring instruments. The second part focuses on the concrete measurement of circularity by two methods on components with a diameter of 20 mm of different roughness in the laboratory of VŠB-TU Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Departments of machining, assembly and engineering metrology. The main objective is to determine the influence of surface roughness and individual measuring methods on the deviation of circularity on the WENZEL LH 65 X3M coordinate measuring machine.
