Multiparametrická diagnostika obráběcího centra

Abstract

The current thesis acquaints the reader with machine tool basic diagnostic methods. In this study the reader finds an overview of frequently used diagnostic methods that are applied in machine milling centers. The paper is composed of a theoretical analysis of the problematics, and examples of practical measurements and evaluation. The thesis is accompanied by a number of images from practical measurements taken by the company collaborating on this thesis. In the final part of the work, recommendations of future use are described, and also instructions for re-engineering maintenance from a diagnostic view.
