Porovnávání technologie impregnace statorových svazků elektromotorů

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the comparison of impregnation technologies for stator bundles of electric motors. Production of stator bundles and importance of using impregnation varnishes are described and explained in theoretical part. The most used types of impregnation processes are also found here. The next chapter deals with the description of individual impregnation workplaces in the cooperating company. In the practical part, samples of stator bundles are determined, which were impregnated on various production lines after manufacturing. After that, cuts were made for the purpose of subsequent experiments and the functionality of the technology was checked. The conclusion deals with the comparison of these technologies and provides the overall evaluation of achieved results.
