Posouzení systému motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focused on the analysis of employee motivation in a selected organization with the aim of finding out whether employees are sufficiently motivated to achieve company goals. To achieve this goal, a combined research approach was used, which included a questionnaire survey among employees, observation of the work environment, analysis of internal data and interviews with key people in the company. The results showed several areas where employee motivation was lower than expected. Based on the analysis of these problems, a number of measures were proposed that could increase the motivation of employees.
