Návrh úpravy dopravního zařízení fluidního kotle pro zvýšení účinnosti a snížení emisí

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with a proposal of the transport facilities of fuel into the boiler with the aid of screw conveyors and bucket elevator instead of current pneumatic transport. The boiler is specified as the K12 boiler from the ENERGETIKA TŘINEC, a.s. company, which burns a mixture of black and brown coal with the addition of metallurgical gases. In the introduction part, there is a summary of fluidized bed technology as well as the general overview of possible transportation of fuel into the boiler. The following chapters of the thesis are concerned with a description of the boiler, its current condition, calculation of its efficiency, heat and mass balance and calculation of conveyers. The aim of this diploma thesis is a proposal of a fuel transportation supported by calculation. In the end of the thesis the change of efficiency and emission decrease in the power spectrum of the boiler is described. The thesis also includes drawings of the boiler K12 supplemented by a system of conveyors and 3D assembly conveyors. The documentation is made with Autodesk software Inventor 2012 and Autocad 2012.
