Podnikatelský plán pro otevření franšízové pobočky společnosti Partners Financial Services, a. s.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou finančního poradenství a příležitostí vytvořit klientské zázemí v podobě franšízové pobočky společnosti Partners Financial Services ve městě Bruntál. Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského záměru pro franšízovou pobočku Partners Marketu v Bruntále, a ověřit, zdali je tento záměr realistický. První část práce se týká teoretických vstupů, problematikou finančních trhů, podnikáním a zahrnuje definice a přístupy, které vedou k úspěšnému zpracování a realizaci podnikatelského záměru. Součástí jsou metody pro analýzu prostředí, jako jsou PESTLE, Porterův model 5 konkurenčních sil a SWOT analýza. Praktická část je zaměřena na samotné zpracování podnikatelského záměru a aplikuje výpočty, které pomáhají hodnotit realizovatelnost projektu. Čtvrtá část práce je zaměřena na marketing a propagaci samotné pobočky. Závěrem je zhodnocení a doporučení, které vyplývá z výpočtů a analýz provedených v praktické části. Práce obsahuje 8 příloh, ve kterých jsou přehledně zpracována data a výpočty vedoucí k posouzení realizovatelnosti podnikatelského záměru.

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on financial consultancy and opportunity of making franchise branch of Partners Financial Services in Bruntal. The aim of this thesis is creating business plan for franchise bureau of Partners Market in Bruntal, and verify whether is this plan realistic. The first part of this thesis concerns on the theoretical inputs, issues of financial markets, entrepreneurship and concerns definitions and attitudes, that lead to the successful preparation and realisation of business plan. There are included methods for analysing environment as PESTLE analysis, Porters 5 forces and SWOT analysis. Practical part is focused on creating business plan and there are applied calculations, what help to evaluate the projekt. The forth part of thesis is focused on marketing and propagation of the franchise branch. At the end of this bachelor’s thesis is assessment and recommends, which come out of all calculations and analysis. This thesis includes 8 attachments, where is possible to see calculations and data which helped to evaluate whole business plan.
