Návrh moderní technologie obrábění složité součásti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem moderní technologie obrábění pro danou součást. V úvodní části je popsána obecná charakteristika součásti a problematika obrábění složitých součástí. Následně jsou zvoleny vhodné obráběcí stroje a další stroje, které jsou nutné pro automatizovanou linku. Následuje volba vhodných obráběcích nástrojů a řezných podmínek. V kapitole diskuze experimentů je provedena kontrola rozměrů, drsností a předepsaných geometrických tolerancí. Na konci práce je provedeno celkové technické a ekonomické zhodnocení a provedena kontrola dodržení výrobní série.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of modern machining technology for a complex component. In a introductory part describes the general characteristics and the problems of machining complex components. Subsequently are selected suitable machining machines and other machines that are necessary for automated line. Follows choice of a suitable machining tools and cutting conditions. In the chapter of discussion are checked experiments, the dimensions, roughness and prescribed geometric tolerances. At the end of the work is done general technical and economic evaluation and verification of the achievement of the production series.
