Poruchy mechanizované výztuže GLINIK 06/15-POzS nasazené na Dole Paskov a návrhy na jejich odstranění

Abstract

The dissertation deals with the analysis of causes and solutions of problems that occured during placing the mechanising reinforcement GLINIK 06/15-PozS at the facility Stařič of the coal mine Paskov OKD,a.s. They are two malfunctions that emerged on this reinforcement in the guarantee. In both cases it is a malfuncion of the hydraulic mechanism. Since the beginning of the placing “corner cylinders“ that serve as a joist controlling and tipping would be damaged. One of new methods concerning the reverse engnineering, which is 3D scanning and subsequent processing of data for transfer to CAD model was used to solve this problem. The dissertation reveals the cause of corner cylinders damaging and there is suggested the solution in the form of construction adjustment.

The second malfunction emerged during processing this dissertation and was solved mainly with the regard to its topicality and seriousness. It concerned a tearing of the outer coat by one hydraulic prop and in next two cases it was a deformation of the outer coat. The dissertation contains checking of the hydraulic prop.
