Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis and optimization of a production line for the production of railway wheelsets. In the introduction, the theoretical background concerning the topic of the bachelor's thesis and information about the company Liberty Engineering Products Ostrava s.r.o. The next step is an analysis of the current state of the company and the current state of the material flow. In the following section, bottlenecks are identified and a new material flow was proposed. The new material flow was achieved thanks to the relocation of production facilities. At the end of the work, the current material flow is compared with the existing one. This comparison is then evaluated
