Abstract
This lab task involves position detection using Vision Builder for Automated Inspection (VBAI) 2020. The primary task involves marking the hole positions on a real PCB using a CAD design as a reference. The process starts with a PCB layout without any pre-drilled holes and a CAD model of the final PCB, which contains the intended hole placements. Using Vision Builder software, the exact hole coordinates are detected from the CAD design. These detected positions serve as reference points to accurately mark the hole locations on the real PCB, ensuring precise alignment for subsequent drilling and assembly.
