Abstract

This thesis solves application of technical diagnostics in maintenance of machining center in Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc, s.r.o. Diagnosticated element is the spindle bearings. From the methods of technical diagnostics are used the vibrodiagnostics and tribodiagnostics. The measuered data are used to determine the actual state of spindle bearings. The results of measurements provide the ability to timely scheduling of maintenance and the consequent increase in the reliability of production equipment. At the same time, the work evaluated the benefits of the implementation of technical diagnostics in the maintenace system in Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc s.r.o.
