Nezhoda J., Ph.D. Bachelor’s theme(work) is about the block of flats Energetic audit. First part points to target basic information’s and existing state of building, technical state, alternation’s after final building approval, contractual obligations, basic data about its energetic resources and analysis of energetic management. Second part consist of calculation of the building heat loss, calculation of specific need of heat and water heating. Next thing is proposition energetically austerity measures and its economical valuation including recovering investment. Last part of this theme is proposition of alternative way’s to get heat, considering that heating is provided from delivery station and heating TUV from solar system again considering economical valuation and investment recovery.
