Návrh technologie obrábění tvrdonávarů a kalených ocelí

Abstract

The thesis deals with the issue of machining hard-to-cut materials. Specifically, hardened tool steels for die molds and hardened layers after welding from Capilla 66 with hardness up to 56 HRC, which is used to repair worn dies. In the theoretical part, there are described individual hard-to-process materials, progressive machining technologies such as HSC, HSC or so-called dry milling and kind of tool materials. The practical part describes the production and repair of blacksmith die systems, their lifetime extension by means of Capilla 66 hardened layers after welding and the design and experiment of a new technology for machining this hardweld. The conclusion of the thesis contains an economic evaluation of the new technology of dies restoration by hardened layers after welding in comparison with the original method of 5 mm dimension reductio.
