Abstract
The aim of this diploma project is control of the straightening machine for rotary parts. For driving of machine is used Siemens SIMOTION driving system, type P350 – TOUCH. For control of motion of each axes are used servomotors also from Siemens Co. Directly are used synchronous 3-phases servomotors with position feed-back. Servomotors are excited through servodrive Siemens SIMODRIVE 611 – Universal. For measurement of kink of straightening parts are used incremental measurement sensors from Heidenhein Co. The process visualization is created with Microsoft Visual Studio in C++ programming language. The machine clamps the straightening part. Then is started measurement of kink of clamped part. When the kink is done, the machine will calculate needed calculation of lifting of straightening ram and is doing correct position with straightening part. Then is started straightening of part phase. Then is started measurement of kink of clamped part again. When set value of tolerance during straightening is done, straightening part is selected as good.
