Hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation and remuneration of employees in a selected production company. The work consists of two parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical approaches to employee motivation, evaluation and remuneration. In the first part is also the introduction of the production company. In the second part of the diploma thesis is analyzed the current process of evaluation and remuneration of employees in the company. Based on the results of the analysis, measures are subsequently proposed, which should make these processes more efficient and motivate employees to better work performance. The proposed changes are then evaluated.
