Výroba závitového čepu v podmínkách společnosti NET, spol. s r. o.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem výroby závitového čepu s využitím CNC soustruhu, ale i možností využití dalšího stroje pro tváření závitu. V úvodu je proveden rozbor problematiky výroby závitového čepu v společnosti NET, spol. s r.o. Na základě technologie výroby byly navrženy vhodné nástroje, řezné podmínky, technologické postupy. Navržená technologie byla porovnána se stávající technologií výroby pomocí základních technologických ukazatelů.

Bachelar work is dealing with the suggestion of the production of the tapped peg with using CNC lathe and with the posibility for next using of the next machine for mechanical working of the peg. In the introductions is given the analysis of the problem with the production ot the tapped peg in the IVET company Ltd. On the basis of the production technology were suggested suitable tools, cuttering conditions, technological methods. The suggested technology were compared with the current production technology with the help of basic technological signs.
