Konstrukční návrh vložky formy s konformním chlazením pro výrobu 3D tiskem

Abstract

Bc. Jiří Ptáček. Design of a mold insert with conformal cooling for 3D printing production: Master's thesis Ostrava: VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Machining, Assembly and Engineering Metrology, 2020. Thesis supervisor: Ing. Marek Pagáč, Ph.D. The subject of the diploma thesis is the issue of mold cooling, with a description of various possibilities of liquid flow and types of liquids. It also focuses on better heat dissipation from the mold. The main goal is to design a structural mold insert with conformal cooling and then produce it on a 3D printer. The first part of the diploma thesis contains a description of plastic injection technology, deals with the production and cooling of molds. The practical part contains proposals for conformal cooling of the mold insert for plastic injection, it also describes the situation and graphical representation of cooling channels, temperature analysis and analysis of other parameters needed for the production of the mold insert. It deals with issues in the production of conformal cooling in the form of optimization of the shape of the channels, removal of supporting materials in 3D metal printing and the quality of the surface of the channels. The design of the prototype model is verified practically by the SLM 3D printing method.
