Abstract
In my thesis i deal with study the impact of the coating metal substrates for application of the coating containing nanoparticles. The theoretical part has been described and studied the nature and properties of surface treatment technology suitable substrate prior to application of organic coatings and organic coatings themselves. In the experimental section were compared two different types of steel surfaces. Blast surface and rolled.
On these substrates were applied three kinds of paints, where the first was a classic, based on alkyd resins, and the two remaining systems were as incorporated as a pigment or zinc phosphate, zinc phosphate to the ZP10. In one case, the pigment particle size in microns in the second case the particle size was in the nano-scale. Samples were subjected to coating and corrosion test grid. These results were recorded, compared and evaluated.
