Abstract

Bachelor’s thesis describes the modification of the first step of transfer tool pertaining to the production of parts of the system for positioning the wheel of a Fiat car models. In the introduction are studied the basic procedures of production metal stampings sheet metal forming method. In the main part of the thesis was designed sizing semi-produced, draft plan of cutting process, the calculation of quantify of material savings after new design of the shape and control calculations of parts of the tool. Drawings contain entire set of form and manufacturing drawing of stamping for second operation on the tool.
