Rekonstrukce odpružení dvířek průmyslové pračky

Abstract

Cílem této práce je navrhnou variantně řešení odpružení dvířek průmyslových praček řady MB16 – MB66. Celá práce bude navrhována na pracím stroji MB26, ke kterému byly poskytnuty zadavatelem této práce potřebné dokumenty. V úvodu práce je v krátkosti představena firma Primus CE, spol. s r.o. Dále je uvedena krátká rešerše stávajících systémů odpružení pracích strojů, na kterou navazuje pevnostní kontrola stávající pružiny pračky MB26. Poté se již práce zabývá návrhem nového odpružení, jehož výsledkem jsou dvě variantní řešení odpružení dvířek bubnu. V příloze jsou uvedeny potřebné dokumenty pro realizaci těchto řešení.

The thesis focuses on design solution of an industrial washing machine (MB16 – MB66) door springing. Concretely the thesis will design it on washing machine MB26, cause just to this type were provided documents required to this project. At the beginning is introduction of firm Primus CE, spol. s r. o. Next part speaks about current systems of an industrial washing machine door springing on the market, strength check of a current washing machine MB26 door spring. Then thesis solves design of new industrial washing machine spring. The result of it are two variant solutions of an industrial washing machine door springing. All required documents which are needed to realization of solutions are attached.
