Hydraulický pohon manipulátoru vysoké pece

Abstract

V diplomové práci je řešen hydraulický pohon manipulátoru vysoké pece. V úvodní části je popsána konstrukce vysoké pece, způsob tavení železa, vhodné manipulátory pro použití k vyřešení daného problému. Je provedeno porovnání s jinými možnými druhy pohonů navrhovaného manipulátoru. Pro řešení byla vybrána jedna varianta a ta je rozpracována do návrhu projektu s potřebnými prvky a výpočty.

In this Degree work is solved the hydraulic drive of the manipulator of blast furnace. In the preamble is described the construction of the blast furnace, the method of the melting of iron, suitable manipulators for the application with a view to the solution of the given problem. It is drawn the comparison with other possible kinds of drives of the designed manipulator. For the solution has been chosen one variant and this one is worked out to the project design with the required elements and calculations.
