Analýza incidentů v letecké údržbě a návrh preventivních opatření

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of aircraft maintenance, focusing on safety management, the influence of human factors, and incident investigation processes. The primary objective of the thesis was to connect theoretical knowledge with a practical analysis of incidents that occurred in a selected company between 2024 and 2025. As part of the practical section, an analysis of incidents was conducted based on appropriate criteria and their impact on safety and the occurrence of damage. A Pareto chart was used to identify the most critical processes, and risk severity was evaluated using a risk matrix. The incident analysis was supplemented by a questionnaire survey among aircraft maintenance technicians to uncover sources of latent errors. The result of the thesis is a proposal for specific corrective and preventive measures, including a recommended timeline for their implementation, aimed at reducing the number of incidents and increasing aircraft operational safety.
