Aplikace metody Balanced Scorecard v dopravní firmě

Abstract

Diplomová práce poskytuje základní teoretické informace o BSC a kroků před jejich zavedením, jako je finanční měření výkonnosti a strategická analýza. Popisuje čtyři zákládní perspektivy metody BSC a zmniňuje se o souvislostech proč podniky potřebují tuto metodu. Praktická část je zaměřena na aplikaci návrhu BSC ve firmě BODOS Czechia a.s. a poskytuje navrhy a doporučení jejím závádění.

The thesies provides the basic theoretical information about the BSC and the stepsprior to implementation, such as financial performance measurement and strategicanalysis. It describes four basic perspectives of the BSC method and describe why businesses need this method. The practical part is focused on the application design in the company BODOS Czechia and providessuggestions and recommendations in implementing the recommendations of the BSC method.
