Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with working processes in production of prototype plastic moldings by injection technology. It describes the production activities of the main operations of the company involved in this complex production process. The work is then mainly focused on the functional operation of the press shop. It describes the sequence of operations in the press shop and specifies the “critical path” using CPM network analysis. In the next step, it specifies the longest-running work activity in a given logistical sequence of production operations. This certain part of the production is then specified as much as possible, analyzed and its influence can be assessed. Using multi-criteria analysis, he then designs a comprehensive solution that meets the production requirements in the form of innovation of this particular work activity.
