Ruční ohýbačka plechu

Abstract

Zpracovaná bakalářská práce se zabývá ruční ohýbačkou plechu určenou především do zámečnických dílen nebo garáží. V první části bakalářské práce se zabývám vysvětlením základních pojmů spojených s ohýbáním. V následující druhé části uvádím příklady různých ohýbaček na trhu. V posledních dvou částech bakalářské práce již řeším samotný návrh ohýbačky a provedení potřebných výpočtů k realizaci. Má ohýbačka plechu je navržena pro ohýbání plechu o maximálních rozměrech 2000 x 2 [mm]. Následná výkresová dokumentace vybraných dílů je přiložena v příloze bakalářské práce.

The processed bachelor thesis deals with a manual sheet metal bending machine intended mainly for locksmith workshops or garages. In the first part of the bachelor thesis I explain the basic concepts related to bending. In the following second part I give examples of different benders on the market. In the last two parts of the bachelor thesis, I deal with the actual design of the bending machine and the necessary calculations for implementation. My sheet metal bending machine is designed to bend sheet metal with maximum dimensions of 2000 x 2 [mm]. Subsequent drawings of the selected parts are attached in the appendix of the bachelor thesis.
