Testování polohové přesnosti Digitální technické mapy města Ostravy.

Abstract

Disertační práce se zabývá testováním polohové přesnosti Digitální technické mapy města Ostravy (DTMMO). Nezávislá kontrolní měření a vyhodnocení kontrolních měření byla provedena v katastrálních územích Poruba, Dubina u Ostravy, Hošťálkovice a Přívoz. Jednotlivé lokality byly vybrány ve spolupráci s Magistrátem města Ostravy a společností DIGIS spol. s r. o., která je správcem DTMMO. Lokality byly voleny tak, aby se od sebe lišily hustotou a druhem zástavby, původem mapových podkladů z níž vznikala DTMMO a způsobem zpracování DTMMO. Při testování polohové přesnosti DTMMO bylo přistoupeno také k polohovému porovnání identických bodů mezi DTMMO a Digitální katastrální mapou (DKM) v katastrálních územích Poruba, Dubina u Ostravy a Hošťálkovice. Všechna měření byla připojena do systému Jednotné trigonometrické sítě katastrální metodou globálního navigačního satelitního systému (GNSS). Výsledky testů potvrdili deklarovanou přesnost DTMMO ve třech vybraných lokalitách a také porovnání s DKM potvrdilo homogenitu obou mapových podkladů. Polohové odchylky na území Hošťálkovic překračují povolené hodnoty a autor doporučuje provést v této lokalitě další terénní měření, vyhodnocení polohových odchylek a případně navržení vhodné transformace celého území tak, aby bylo dosaženo homogenizace DTMMO s DKM a současně také s nezávislým měřením metodou GNSS.

The thesis deals with positional accuracy testing of the Digital Technical Map of Ostrava City (DTMOC). Independent check surveys and evaluation of the check surveys were carried out in the cadastral districts of Poruba, Dubina u Ostravy, Hošťálkovice and Přívoz. The locations were selected in collaboration with the Ostrava City Authority and with DIGIS spol. s r.o., the DTMOC administrator. Locations were selected in order to represent various densities and types of development, origin of map base documents from which the DTMOC was derived and the methods of the DTMOC elaboration. When testing the DTMOC positional accuracy, topography of identical points was also compared between the DTMOC and the Digital Cadastral Map (DCM) in cadastral districts of Poruba, Dubina u Ostravy and Hošťálkovice. All surveys were linked to the system of United Triangulation Network by the cadastral method of the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS). Test results proved the declared accuracy of the DTMOC in three selected locations and also the comparison with the DCM confirmed the homogeneity of both map documents. Alignment errors in the area of Hošťálkovice exceed the limit values and the author recommends execution of further geodetic surveys in the location, evaluation of alignment errors and possibly also transformation of the whole area in order to achieve homogenization of the DTMOC and the DCM and concurrently also the independent survey by means of the GNSS method.
