Abstract
Bachelor thesis is carried out at hotel Koliba Greta. It focuses on measuring customer satisfaction with the services of the hotel. Through a questionnaire we obtained primary data, we evaluated and subsequently processed them into tables and graphs. Satisfaction of customers of hotel Koliba Greta was comprehensively evaluated and we have proposed solutions, which can lead to greater customer satisfaction with the hotel.
