| dc.description.abstract | Bakalárska práca je realizovaná v hoteli Koliba Gréta. Zameriava sa na meranie spokojnosti zákazníkov s poskytovanými službami hotela. Pomocou dotazníka sme získali primárne dáta, ktoré sme vyhodnotili a následne spracovali do tabuliek a grafov. Na základe dát bola komplexne zhodnotená spokojnosť zákazníkov hotela Koliba Gréta a navrhnuté riešenia, ktoré môžu viesť k väčšej spokojnosti zákazníkov hotela. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | Bachelor thesis is carried out at hotel Koliba Greta. It focuses on measuring customer satisfaction with the services of the hotel. Through a questionnaire we obtained primary data, we evaluated and subsequently processed them into tables and graphs. Satisfaction of customers of hotel Koliba Greta was comprehensively evaluated and we have proposed solutions, which can lead to greater customer satisfaction with the hotel. | en |
