Návrh a výroba designové obuvi s využitím aditivních technologií

Abstract

The master’s thesis deals with the design and production of fashion footwear using addi-tive manufacturing technologies. The theoretical part is focused on the basic principles of addi-tive manufacturing, foot anatomy and biomechanics, footwear construction, current manu-facturing approaches in the footwear industry, commercial applications of 3D printing in footwear production, FDM technology, materials used, and the importance of 3D scan-ning in the design of personalized footwear. Based on this knowledge, a process for creating personalized footwear is proposed, which includes acquiring foot geometry by 3D scanning, processing the scanned data, creating a digital shoe last, and modeling the footwear in Blender software. The proposed model is further modified using a lattice structure created in Fusion 360. Subsequently, data preparation for 3D printing, setting of printing parameters, and pro-duction of a prototype using FDM technology from flexible TPU material are carried out. The result of the thesis is a functional prototype of fashion footwear, on which the possibilities and limitations of using additive manufacturing technologies for the production of personalized footwear are verified.
