Abstract
This master thesis deals with production of SCHEUERLE split wheel (9.0-15 HD), welding of flange and comparison of two flange and rim welding technologies.The aim of this diploma thesis is to compare two technological processes of welding of flange and rim, to evaluate macro and micro structure of samples and their hardness under load HV 0,1. Next, propose measures to help eliminate the occurrence of defects in welding.
