The thesis is dealing with utilization of new type ECAP die with modificated geometry of output channel. In introduction there are description of new piece of knowledge technology production materials with ultra fine - grained structure. In the thesis are experimentally checks alloys AlMn1Cu and AlFe1,5Mn on new type ECAP die. Further is effected analysis influence of the number of passes through the channel and influence misalignment horizontal channel on achieved size of strain stress. The main aim of the thesis is analysis these influences on resulting refinement scructure and further proposition fit methodists evaluation mechanical and forming properties of short specimens .

In the conclusion there are suggested next areas development of forming tools and of the technologies, which use severe plastic deformation.
