Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the project processing for moving the washing line to new premises. The first chapter presents a general overview of project management, including basic methods. In the second chapter, the company is introduced, and a basic economic analysis is conducted to understand the development and direction of the company. Subsequently, the analysis focuses on the project under consideration, examining the current layout and performance of the crate washing machine. The following chapter evaluates the analysis, followed by the actual design of the solution for relocating the washing line. Three possible solutions are examined from both qualitative and quantitative aspects. For each option, the financial budget and the time required for implementation are elaborated. Additionally, a risk analysis is conducted for the proposed variant, and a more detailed construction implementation procedure is developed.
