dc.description.abstractPříspěvek seznamuje s alternativním způsobem stanovení výše škody na stavbách v důsledku vad, poruch a havárií konstrukcí, jako s detailem zasažené infrastruktury řešené z globálního pohledu v návaznosti na ochranu obyvatel zasažené oblasti. Pracuje s časově nezávislou cenou konstrukce nebo objektu a následně škody na stavební konstrukci a pomocí metod analýzy rizik tuto cenu redukuje v závislosti na technickém stavu konstrukcí na vlastní škodu a zhodnocení objektu, stavby nebo konstrukce. Tento příspěvek je první částí pojednání o praktickém využití analýzy rizik v globálním pojetí ochrany území a obyvatelstva a následné analýze škody a její výše pro vyčíslení.cs
dc.description.abstract-enThe contribution makes the reader acquainted with an alternative method of determination of the amount of damage to buildings due to defects, failures and accidents of constructions as details of affected infrastructure solved from the global point of view in relation to the protection of population of the area affected. It deals with the timeindependent price of construction or building and subsequently with damage to the building construction, and by means of methods of risk analysis it reduces this price depending upon the technical condition of constructions to damage itself and evaluation of the building, structure or construction. This contribution is the fi rst part of work dealing with the practical utilization of risk analysis in global conception of protection of area and population and of subsequent analysis of damage and damage amount for assessment.cs
