Měření spokojenosti uživatelů s learning management systémem

Abstract

Téma mé práce je měření spokojenosti uživatelů s learning management systémem. Zaměřuji se na LMS MOODLE a Ekonomickou fakultu VŠB-TUO. Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo změření spokojenosti uživatelů s vlastnostmi LMS systému, dále zjištění, jak jsou tyto vlastnosti pro uživatele významné. Také mne zajímalo, jak jsou uživatelé spokojeni s faktory poskytovaných služeb a jak jsou pro ně tyto faktory důležité. Na základě potřeb Institutu inovace vzdělávání jsem vytvořila dva dotazníky. Jeden byl určen pedagogům a jeden byl určen studentům. Po provedení analýzy jsem zjistila, že MOODLE je v současnosti pedagogy využíván takřka na stejné úrovni jako IIS a v případě studentů je dokonce míra využití vyšší. Na základě pozičních map jsem zjistila, že nejhůře hodnocenou vlastností je přehlednost kurzů. Co se týká poskytovaných služeb, tak nejhůře byla hodnocena kvalita služeb. Dále mne zajímalo, zda by respondenti měli zájem o nové služby, ale nakonec se ukázalo, že jim dosavadní nabídka plně vyhovuje. Dalším zajímavým bodem bylo zavedení služby helpdesk, o jehož zavedení by měla zájem převážná část respondentů. Po vyhodnocení odpovědí z obou dotazníků jsem vytvořila návrhy a doporučení, které jsem roztřídila do 5 oblastí. Jedná se o doporučení týkající se produktu, poskytovaných služeb, komunikace a lidských procesů. Veškeré podklady byly předány vedoucí Institutu inovace vzdělávání, RNDr. Danuši Bauerové, Ph.D. a bude se s nimi dále pracovat.

The theme of my work is to measure user satisfaction with the learning management system. I focus on the LMS Moodle Faculty of Economics VŠB-TUO. The aim of this thesis is to measure user satisfaction with the characteristics of the LMS system, then determine how these properties are relevant to users. Also, I wonder how the users are satisfied with the factors of service and how are these factors important to them. Based on the needs of the Inovation of Education Institute, I created two questionnaires. One was for teachers and one was designed for students. After analysis I found that Moodle is currently used by educators almost on the same level as the IIS and if students are even higher utilization rates. On the basis of positional maps, I found that the lowest rated feature is the clarity of courses. Regarding services, was rated as the worst quality of service. Furthermore, I wonder whether respondents would be interested in new services, but in the end it turned out that they have fully complies with the current. Another interesting point was the introduction of help desk services, whose introduction would be interested in most of the respondents. After evaluating the responses from both questionnaires, I made suggestions and recommendations, which I categorized into 5 areas. It is a recommendation to the product, services, communications and human processes. All materials were sent to Head of the Inovation of Education Institute RNDr. Danuše Bauerové, Ph.D. and will work with them.
