Analýza šumu při různych polohách 3D skenování

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is the analysis of noise during 3D scanning at different orientations. The literature review section focuses on the analysis of the current state of the mentioned issue. This part of the thesis describes 3D scanners and 3D scanning methods. Subsequently, specific 3D scanners are introduced. The final chapter of the literature review addresses measurement errors and uncertainties. The experimental part of the thesis analyzes measurement noise of a gauge block using selected 3D optical devices at different angles. Subsequently, the evaluation of noise values and the flatness of the measured surface of the gauge block based on the acquired scans is described and performed. The final part of the thesis summarizes and compares the results obtained using the individual devices employed for the measurements.
