Abstract

Annotation of thesis Siegl P. Information system for gas turbine engine: thesis. VŠB – Technical university Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, The institute of transportation – 342, Department of Air Transport, 2012, 87 pages, Supervisor: prof. Ing. Rudolf Volner, CSc. This thesis deals with issues of information systems of turbine engines Airbus 320 and Boeing 737. In the first part of this diseratation is provided introduction of the aircraft and an analysis of turbine engines. Based on this analysis are selected types of engines CFM 56-7B and CFM 56-5B ,wich are aircraft propulsion units of the Boeing 737-600/700/800/900 and Airbus 318/319/320/321 family. These engines are described in terms of their functions, principles and there are also described their individual parts. The work deals with information systems for the above engines in terms of the their principle, function and method of transmission values wich are captured on the measured engines. Information systems of the both type of the engines are described. In the comparison part is made an analysis of the engines sensors used on the propulsion units of the aircrafts A320 and B737. In the end is made a proposal, based on this analysis and comparison of sensors of the both types of engines. There also is designed the technical and economic optimization by modernization of the engine CFM56-5B.
