Univerzální pneumatický upínač obrobků na stole frézky

Abstract

The Bachelor thesis is devoted to pneumatic clamping device of tabular material on the desk of a machine tool.After the agreement with my consultant and teacher we decided to introduce the clamping device with the help of pneumatic clamping combining linear and revolting movements.At the beginning of my work there is a list of possibilities of clamping used for tabular semi-finished products on the desk of a machine tool.In another part of my work the chosen pneumatic clamping devices are shown and described.The next part is devoted to calculating of two kinds of milling machines.With the support of the calculation we are able to choose the needed clamping device.In the next parts we discuss the universal pneumatic clamping,the pneumatic circuit and devices which improve the safety.At the end of my thesis the circuits are practically checked.
