Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with analysis of temperature sensors in the range of 70 to 150 mm and at the working temperature range of -40 ° C to 1 150 ° C with the specified vibration profile up to 60g. The introduction of the thesis explains the issue of measuring high temperatures by the method of electrical voltage on the thermocouple. The practical part starts with the analysis of the existing sensors including the description and the method of evaluation of the performed analyses based on ISO 16750-3. Further, optimization proposals are made by modifying the existing design solutions on the selected sensor, their analysis and evaluation including assessment from a technical and economic point of view.
