Konkurenceschopnost podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce je věnována analýze konkurenceschopnosti v konkrétním podniku. Cílem práce bylo na základně předchozí analýzy zjistit, jestli by se podniku vyplatilo vstoupit na český trh a jestli bude schopný na tomto trhu obstát. Dále prostřednictvím analýzy vnitřních silných a slabých stránek podniku a vnějších příležitostí a hrozeb navrhnout opatření, která by vedla k zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí. V první části jsou vymezeny teoretická a metodologická východiska. Druhá kapitola je věnována charakteristice podniku. Následuje analytická část, kde se s pomocí různých metod hodnotila konkurenceschopnost daného podniku. Ve čtvrté a zároveň poslední kapitole jsou popsány důvody, proč by podnik měl vstoupit na tuzemský trh, jsou zde navrženy konkrétní strategie, které by podnik mohl uplatňovat na českém trhu, a další návrhy, které by měly přispět ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti firmy.

This thesis is dedicated to the competitiveness of the firm. The aim was to base the previous analysis determine whether the company would be worthwhile to enter the czech market and whether it will be able to succeed in this market. Furthermore through analysis of internal strengths and weaknesses of the firm and external opportunities and threats to propose measures that would lead to increased competitiveness. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first part defines the theoretical and methodological issues. The second chapter is dedicated to the characteristics of the company. Then analytical part, where we use different methods for evaluating the competitiveness of the company. The fourth and final chapterde scribes the reasons why the firm should enter to the domestic market. There are designed specific strategies that the company could apply to the czech market and other proposals, which should contribute to increasing competitiveness.
