Abstract

The thesis focuses on construction design of tracked metal separator for use in conveyor tracked of coal for energy usage. It is used for metal separation from the coal. There is some information about the company Energetika Třinec, a.s. in the beginning of the thesis. The tracked metal separator is designed for this company. After that there is metal separator summary and description of different types of these metal separators with characteristics of actually used one in mentioned company. The next part of thesis is about design of alternative solutions – firstly with its principal solution and then also with its suitable placement. Chosen optimal variant is elaborated with suitable magnet selection and there are capacitive and strength calculations. In the appendix of thesis there is project documentation which is
