Výzkum a vývoj totálně produktivní údržby a aplikace v praxi

Abstract

Disertace se zabývá výzkumem a vývojem metodiky „totálně produktivní údržby“ a jejím zavedením do praxe. V úvodu práce je představena metodika „totálně produktivní údržby“ a její předpokládaný vývoj. Pro ověření potřebnosti disertace a jejich výsledků bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření. Praktická část práce směřuje k naplnění hlavního cíle disertace, to je snižovaní prostojů a ztrát v celoživotním cyklu investičního výrobního majetku. V praktické části je řešena problematika údržby z hlediska časové náročnosti zásahů, standardizovaných úkonů a standardizované dokumentace. Pro realizaci hlavního cíle byl vyvinut software pro standardizaci údržbářských postupů „NORMATIVY 2011“, který využívá data z pohybových normativů a grafické dokumentace vytvořené v software SOLID EDGE. Software „NORMATIVY 2011“ je aplikován na příkladě automatizované výrobní buňky v automobilovém průmyslu.

The dissertation deals with research and development of the "totally productive maintenance", and its introduction into practice. At the beginning of the work is presented methodology "totally productive maintenance" and its expected development. To verify the necessity of the thesis and the results of their survey was carried out. The practical part of the work aspires to achieve the main goal of the thesis, it is reducing both downtime and losses in the asset lifecycle. In the practical part of the problem is solved in terms of maintenance, time-consuming interventions, standardized operations and standardized documentation. To realize the main objective of the software was developed to standardize maintenance practices „NORMATIVY 2011“,which uses data from motion graphics and normative documents created in software SOLID EDGE. Software „NORMATIVY 2011“ is applied to the example of automated manufacturing cells in the automotive industry.
