Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the optimization of the flow of expedition products and the setting of optimal expedition inventory in the company Tawesco s.r.o. The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to analyze the current state of the company in terms of storage, inventory, and data processing. In the theoretical part, individual key topics from the field of logistics, supply or production planning were outlined. In the practical part, many analyses were carried out throughout the company's environment. These included analyses of the production processes for a given project, the system of recalls and their subsequent processing, and finally, mapping the individual flows of products for dispatch. Lastly, based on the analyses, we proposed various solutions that can be implemented to streamline the processes in the areas of storage and dispatch.
