Přijímací proces zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

My thesis relates to Recruitment of Employees in Selected Organization. I was especially interested in the adaptation of new employees.

In the theoretical part I primarily specified the subject of my thesis based on studies of specialized literature. In the practical part I focused on recruitment analysis and sociological survey which were based on organization providing IT services. This company is called TietoEnator Czech s.r.o. I discovered that the employees were satisfied with existing adaptation system, “weaker” point was only informedness of employees.

After thorough analysis and survey I have suggested several improvements that should help to improve existing situation.
