Návrh sidecaru pro dětskou sedačku na kolo

Abstract

The introduction part of the bachelor thesis deals with the subject in general. The following part describes historical development of bicycle sidecars and their division according to various criteria. The aim of the thesis is to design a bicycle sidecar attached to the wheel for a child weighing 35 kg, to create a geometric design suitable for this connection and not restricting the ride, to check the load bearing capacity of the proposed welds where the stress is determined by the weight of a child, to perform a bending inspection of the designed tubes and check the pin in the fork end, and subsequently to check the designed screw in the front part of the attachment to the wheel frame. The final step is to check the strength of the frame by FEM method while using the ANSYS programme.
