Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with design of the vertical thrust chain hoist. In the introduction I stated overview of possible solutions to these jack. On the basis of the specified parameter was chosen the best type of vertical jack. In this vertical lift was designed geometry pin drive wheels and subsequently the strength check. Strength check I cheked by FEM. Then I checked the chain of the hoist to buckling. According t o the given parameters, I chose the suitable drive. The shaft, which is mounted in the housing of the jack I checked the static load on carrying capacity.
