Návrh implementace metody Balanced Scorecard v softwarovém podniku

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is the proposal of Balanced Scorecard method Implementation in the Software Company. The Company specializes in monitoring of the fleet and machinery in the Czech republic and Slovakia. At the beginning of the thesis there are theoretical foundations of the company performance and basic approaches to performance measurement. This includes complex approach which encompasses the Balanced Scorecard method. The Balanced Scorecard method is closely described in this part and there are implementation steps for the proposal defined in this part. As following is the application of Balanced Scorecard method in the company's background. The company is characterized in this part in light of four perspectives. On the basis of perspectives' information there are strategic goals proposed including measurements and target values. After that the strategic map is created. It illustrates connections between each goal and in the end there are strategic actions proposed. These actions serve the purpose of strategic goals' achievement.
