Studium vlivu povrchové úpravy kovového substrátu před aplikací práškových povlaků na jejich kvalitu

Abstract

This thesis is studying the reason that cause of corrosion on sections varnished with pulverized coatings, together with solutions to suitable anti-corrosive protection. This thesis includes detailed descriptions of contemporary state technology pulverized varnishing in a given company. It also includes experimental works chosen according to ČSN, which check quality of anti-corrosive form of component. The results of the experiments are a proposal for new technologies for preliminary treatment of using stair rod „jointing“ construction by means of fluid paint systems which are suitable for use of high temperature due to another processing component, which is hardening rating powder in furnace.
